For some, it is not necessary to buy a baby carrier but for me it is. With a baby carrier, there are plenty of time to bond, snuggle and you can use my hands freely. It offers babies comfort and safety as well. You must find something that is appropriate for your baby’s age and weight and that is also comfortable to wear.
It is also important to find a carrier that promotes healthy hip positioning to prevent hip dysplasia or dislocation. The healthiest position for the hips is for the hips to fall or spread (naturally) apart to the side, with the thighs supported and the hips and knees bent.
Here are some best baby carriers:
Ergobaby 360 All Carry Positions – This is what I have and I love it.
Sollybaby – is is the nest newborn carrier. It is a long piece of fabric and they are comfortable and very chick to wear. They have plain and handmade pattern designs. It is lightweight and easy to put on, here is the video tutorials.
Kinderpack – they have carriers from infants up to preschool. It has semi curved, 3 part waistband conforms to most body shapes without pushing your pants down. It has a hood or sleep shade and this also creates a pocket for soft items such as a diaper which is very convenient.
