Dalgona coffee is a whipped coffee drink that was first popularized in South Korea. Now, it’s taking social media platforms like crazy and is the latest food trend that you can easily do at the comfort of your home.
I saw the challenge on Facebook and Instagram and thought that it was cool. I didn’t know at first that this is easy to make. I thought it consists of complicated ingredients. lol What I learned is that you can do this perfectly if you have the right simple ingredients. I gave in to the challenge and decided to make this and my husband and I absolutely liked it.
Note: I used Nescafe instant coffee (not 3-in-1). I used a handheld mixer but you can use a whisk if you don’t have one. Ingredients are basically 1:1 ratio.

2 tablespoon hot water
